Near the Diano Marina center, the VILLA ORIZZONTE Residence is at 60 meters from the sea with direct access, garden with a slide for children.It is done not include in the price, the private pineta with solarium, with cribs.The residence has a private car park, numbered and fenced, with an automatic gate. Each guest has his own key and so may enjoy an absolute independence.wi-fi zoneThere are 2 type of apartments:
  • Apartments type A
  • Apartments type B
Each apartment is provided with colour TV, washing machine, and air-conditioning unit.The kitchens are completely and confortably furnished and fitted with all the necessary kitchenware (pots and pans, stainless steel cutlery and plates decorated with our brand), a fridge, a gas hob.Upon request, we hire and change once a week: bed linen, towels, table linen, and dishcloths.Cribs for children are available (linen is not provided).The owners themselves manage the residence, so to assure the best assistance and courtesy.The management also carries out the incoming and outgoing correspondence by fax and e-mail.

Apartments type A Villa Orizzonte

The apartment may be situated on the first floor and consists of:

  • a hall
  • a lounge with a cooking area and a double sofa bed
  • a wide bedroom with a double bed + a single bed and, upon request, a crib for children
  • a bathroom  with shower, bidet, washbasin, WC and washing machine

This apartment can sleep up to 5 persons and 1 baby.

Apartments type B Villa Orizzonte

The type B apartment of the residence VILLA ORIZZONTE consists of:

  • a hall
  • a wide lounge with a cooking area, a double sofa bed and a chair bed
  • a wide bedroom with a double bed + bunk bed; upon request, a crib for children
  • a bathroom with a half bathtub with shower, bidet, washbasin, WC and washing machine
  • a wide balcony (about 10 m) equipped with a small table and chairs

This apartment can sleep up to 7 persons and 1 baby.
