Villa Dia.Ma is a new residence only thirty metres (90 feet) from the sea.The building is made up of eight apartments and includes an underground garage.It has a large private sandy garden with pine trees and an area for sunbathing. There is also a direct entrance to the sea from the private garden.The beach lies only 50 meters (150 foot) away and can be reached without the need to cross any roads. The beach is well organised and includes many bars, restaurants and opportunities for water sports.

Villa Dia.Ma is of the highest standard with each apartment being fully furnished, including, cooker with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, colour TV, automatic hot water, and all necessary cooking and eating appliances.Villa Dia.Ma is owned and administrated by the Bottino family. The reception service is comprehensive and will make your stay as comfortable and as relaxed as possible.For an extra fee all bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen can be hired from the reception and will be changed weekly.

Apartments type A Villa Dia.Ma

These apartments are situated on the ground and first floor with two balconies overlooking the sea.
Within the apartment you will find a kitchen diner with a double sofa-bed, and a large bedroom including a double bed and a single bed.
If required a baby’s cot can be added.

This apartment is suitable for 4/5 people and a baby.

Apartments type B Villa Dia.Ma

These apartments are situated on the ground floor with a small patio, and on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the sea.
Within the apartment you will find a kitchen diner with a double sofa-bed, a large bedroom including a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, however, if needed the two singles can be easily put together to make a double.
If required a babies cot can be added to the large bedroom.

This apartment is suitable for 5/6 people and a baby.
